    The exceptional service provided by the staff, like Amr at the Front Desk and Kholoud at the Rixy club, truly made my stay unforgettable. the attention to detail and cleanliness throughout the hotel, from the rooms to the facilities, was extraordinary, surpassing all my previous experiences. the variety and quality of food at the main restaurant, with a seafood corner offering delicious grilled shrimps and high-quality sushi, were unparalleled, making dining a true pleasure. the access to top-notch facilities such as the aqua park, kids' club, spa, and gym, all maintained to the highest standards, ensured that every aspect of my stay was exceptional. the safety measures in place during these times, such as regular cleaning and staff compliance with health protocols, further added to my peace of mind and enjoyment. All in all, Rixos provided a vacation experience that will be remembered for a lifetime, and I highly recommend this hotel for families and travelers seeking a luxurious and safe retreat by the sea.
